This Year I Will...

This year I will...

travel to Europe (crossing fingers on this one)
cook at least one meal a week
make memories with Nadav
read at least one book each month
spend more time with my family
continue to exercise at least 4 times a week and try to be healthy
bake once a week
improve my photography skills by taking classes and bringing my camera everywhere I go
learn more HTML
enjoy the moment
continue blogging at least 5 days a week, it's a passion
try to be more patient
find the strength and confidence to stand up for myself when necessary
ride my bike along the boardwalk at least once a month
take at least 3 vacations
worry less, laugh more
learn to budget and be smarter with my money (read: make less impulse purchases)
spend more time at the beach
think before I talk
be a nicer, more patient driver
forgive and let go
make a difference in the world through my job
try to be better about returning text messages and phone calls
try to be a better girlfriend, sister, daughter, and friend
...
strive to be the very best version of me.

I don't really believe in setting resolutions for myself each year.
Instead, I make goals and try my best to achieve them.
What goals did you set for yourself this year?

Love your goals. I live in the Netherlands and here we basically bike everywhere all the time. So a lot of people bike to work/class/supermarket :) I like your goals, I set some as well (if you are interested they are on my blog).

Great pictures! It's definitely one of my goals to go to Europe this year, or at least use my passport! Even if it's Canada or something. I just wanna travel!

This list of goals is great! I think I could adopt any of them and I just might. Good luck with them all...especially Europe :)

great goals. this one REALLY stuck out to me as one I need to work on too:

"try to be better about returning text messages and phone calls".

I need to try and be more patient too...it's a hard one for me!

Love your goals! I might copy you on a few of them... especially that trip to Europe. I read on yahoo the other day that the ticket prices to Europe are one thing that will be going DOWN this year! Yay! That, and wine prices. Double bonus!

Great goals! I think I'm going to make an effort to cook at least once a week too (although D would prefer more). I'd LOVE for Europe to be on our agenda for this year too!

What a great list of goals!! I have so many of the same ones in mind too! :) I really want to learn to be patient and open to my life going in another direction if God wants that for me. PATIENCE and TRUST are at the top of my list this year!
