Hey There Blondie

I decided Sunday was the day I would finally break in my new Kitchenaid mixer.
I went through my Pinterest "Deliciousness" board and settled upon a yummy sounding blondie recipe I originally found on Smitten Kitchen. (Smitten Kitchen is pretty much my FAVORITE food blog, check it out!)

The blondies were quite delicious if I do say so myself.
Nadav even took them to a Super Bowl party (while I stayed home and acted like a lazy butt on the couch) and he said they all disappeared in about 5 minutes.
(I think he's telling the truth hehe)

Ya they were good but in retrospect,
I wish I had also added bourbon and walnuts like Deb recommended.
I think that would have made them great instead of just good.
Ya live and ya learn, right? =P

Is it Friday yet?
(Kidding kidding hehe)

xoxo,
Tamms

I grew up on blondies! My great grandma made them, my grandma made them, and my mom made them ... Now its my and my sisters turn. :)

Yours look DELISH. That first picture of the dough made my mouth water.

Yum! I have actually never tried blonde brownies! Perhaps it'll be my weekend project!

I love blondies! And my kitchenaid, although I don't use it as often as I should probably.

i love smitten kitchen too! i usually try out deb's more savory recipes... baking scares me. i tried her pasta with goat cheese/lemon/asparagus a couple weeks ago - to die for!

(this is clearly the kitchenaid mixer i was mistaken about the price, isnt it?!)
