Smell The Flowers

Last weekend my mom came down to San Diego for the day and I decided to treat her to a little Pre-Mother's Day festivities. My mom is the creative type, and I wanted to arrange something a little "different" for us to do.
I ended signing us up for a floral arrangement design class at Isari Flower Studio, and the class was seriously the perfect way to spend a fun morning with my mom.

We had the yummiest treats from Sweet Cheeks Baking Company (and they just happened to have won Cupcakes Wars on the Food Network... serious business right?)

Isn't my mom the cutest? Even if she was constantly "rearranging" my bouquet and making it "better". Cough, apparently she knows best haha.
I'm wearing J. Crew sweater, Anthropologie blouse, Anthropologie jeans, Anthropologie belt
How beautiful are the flowers at Isari??

Tam, the owner of Isari is so talented and was such a great teacher. She was awesome and fixed all my mistakes was so helpful.

My mom and I had so much fun getting our creative on at Isari Flower Studio in Solana Beach.
If you're ever in the area check out their beautiful shop (it's right by the beach), and better yet check out their classes. They're wonderful =)

Wow! What beautiful arrangements. I feel like San Diego has a million and one things to do at all times, makes little old Roanoke, VA seem very dull all of the sudden

Wow, those flowers are gorgeous! And the margarita cookies are super adorable.

I need someone to teach me how to create flower arrangements, because we're going to attempt to make the wedding bouquets ourselves! I'll definitely need someone to fix my mistakes then :)
