To You And You And You

Throwback to Comic-con
Dear Friends,
Please tell me I am not the only one who finds the book 50 Shades of Gray really really reallllly painful to read. Seriously. I think it is that bad, granted I haven't reached any of the "decorative" parts yet but I'm not even sure I'll be able get that far. Wamp Wamp.

Dear Nadav,
I've really really missed you, so glad you're coming back today. XOXO. (See you all didn't know that he was away, but I've gotta keep some things private up in hurrr.)

Dear Work,
You bring shenanigans to my life, and that is all I will say about that.

Dear Olympics,
I am so so sooo excited for you to start. It makes me so so happy to watch so many talented and hardworking people come together and show off their incredible skills. It's just good stuff... and I'm basically in awe of the female gymnasts.. and no, that's not basically they are so, uhm small hehe..

Dear Shark Week On The Discovery Channel,
Now aren't you relieved that you start after the Olympics ends? Well good, because I am relieved too.

Dear Readers And Blogger Friends,
I know I say it a lot, but I am so so grateful for you. You really truly have changed my life. Thanks for all the support, kindness, and friendships. Who would have thought I would have so many good friends through blogging. =)

Happy Happy Weekend Friends

I totally agree! 50 Shades has to be the worst book ever written. And I've read all the Goosebump books. The only thing that keeps people reading them are the sex scenes, naturally. They are quite steamy!

OH MY, me too. Painful is generous as well. To top it off the book is badly written.

Love the photo.

xoxo, hm

I am a big advocate of keeping some private life private, so cheers to you! No need to lay it all out there on the internet. But I do love that you profusely thank your readers. :-)

You are awesome, Tammy!

I love your comicon pic! SO jealous that you got to see the cars.

I can't say that I don't like the book because I have no interest in reading to find out. And it's not because of the 'adult situations,' it's just that I'm more of a Twilight, Hunger Games, Harry potter girl.

i am really really resisting reading 50 shades of grey (but this is kind of typical of me because i also resisted reading twilight, hunger games, etc etc).

and i am also QUITE excited for the olympics... definitely womens gymnastics... do i smell a hangout?! with olympic-themed noms? im totally down.

50 Shades is madness. Just sheer madness. Ugh, I get a headache just thinking about it. UGH.
OMG I don't know if television as we know it could handle Shark Week and Olympics all at once. It just might explode from an overdose of awesome.
Have an awesome weekend!

Oh, listen.... I HATED, I mean HATED that damn book.
Usually I get books from the library but this one had a really long wait list and I HAD to see what all the fuss was about.

Well I'm ashamed that not only did I read it, but spent money on it.... eventually I had to grab a pen and mark up the errors, it really irked me.

I totally agree w/you about 50 Shades of Grey! It just didn't do it for me. I don't get the intrigue AT ALL!

Have a lovely weekend and enjoy the Olympics. We're watching right now. :)

50 shades is in fact written HORRIBLY! But it was the sex scenes that kept me turning pages!

On the other hand, Bared To You is waaaaaaaaay better and written wonderfully!!

I got about 10 pages into 50 Shades of Grey before giving up. Glad to know I'm not alone!
