Currently.

Currently.

Currently still amazed by this place. I love San Diego so so much.

Wearing to work
Old Navy top, Gap jeans

Thankful that I live in a country where my opinion on many important issues does matter. VOTE my friends, vote.

Reading The Language of Flowers. I've only read about 10 pages but already can tell I will really love this book. Isn't that the best feeling? :)

Loving that it seems like every weekend there is a festival or event happening in a different San Diego neighborhood. Last weekend Nadav and I stumbled upon a Dia de los Muertos celebration in Old Town. In the past I had only heard about this holiday, and the opportunity it gives loved ones to celebrate and honor those who had passed. Seeing the celebration, the altars, musicians, and the beautifully painted skulls really instilled in me a great respect for this holiday. We should all spend time celebrating our loved ones that have passed. :)

Watching Silicon Valley on Bravo. As someone who is naturally pretty nerdy, really addicted to social media, and will basically watch anything on Bravo this show seriously drew me in. Did anyone else get the impression that the people on it kinda missed out on the fun parts of high school and were trying to majorly make up for the lack of earlier partying in their late 20s? I was a serious nerd in high school. Cough, not that I know anything about being uncool, but . Serious.

Looking Forward To: The end of this election season. I spend time researching and am very passionate about my beliefs. Generally though, I choose to only share my views with certain people and I really dislike seeing all the rude and often mean comments that show up all over my facebook and social media.
Oh anddd I am looking forward to one more little thing, Nadav and I are going to Cancun on Saturday. ;)

Making Me Happy: Clearly I am late in the game, but I just jumped on the Spotify bandwagon. I'm already so lucky to be able to ditch boot camp go on the occasional beautiful beach run, but listening to good music while I run really makes that time to myself even more enjoyable. I would love some good running music recommendations. What do you listen to when you run? What amps you up?

Have a good day friends, and if you live in the US get to those voting booths!

I just started reading the Language of Flowers too, but I can't decide if I really like it or not...it might just be that it wasn't what I was looking for when I started it, but I'll definitely finish it eventually. You'll have to let us know what you think when you finish it :) xoxo

Hi tammy! I am having a hard time finding your email address to contact you, so I guess I will just send this is a comment and hope you see it. I am wondering if you would be interested in swapping guest posts with me in December. Our blogs are very similar in size and audience. I think it could be win/win for us- a chance to both get a bit more exposure without having to pay anything. Let me know if you think you'd be interested in it! My blog is bonnielouisa.blogspot.com and my email address is lifeofbon@gmail.com Hope to be hearing from you!

I'm seriously obsessed with San Diego myself too! I love it here and don't want to live anywhere else if I can help it.
