My HTC One X+ Is Kinda The Best... and a GIVEAWAY

**And now, a little treat from my electronics nerd fiance. Yes he is posting on my blog and it's kind of a big deal. **
I'm a huge techie. Been one for as long as I can remember. I develop software, play with new technologies on a regular basis, build computers, beta test hardware, and try to "tinker" with anything I can get my hands on. I'm basically one of those guys that people come to when they have questions about technology. So when Tammy came to me and said "HTC contacted me and wants to give away an HTC One X+ on my blog", I was like, "Awesome!". She knew I was serious too. It wasn't one of my sarcastic "that's AMAAAAAAAZING....". She asked if it was any good, so I start to ramble off some specs....

Me: Basically it's one of the best phones on the market right now.

The processor's blazing fast, the storage capacity is ridiculous and best of all, the screen and cameras are second to none. I mean, I've seen some impressive screens in my day, but a 1080p 4.7" screen is unheard of! When you look at the screen, it feels like the text and colors just pop out at you. The camera's also on a whole different level from comparable phones. Other similar phones have pretty decent cameras, but this is the first time I could honestly say we've got blog quality photos with this phone. Yea, it might not be comparable to an SLR, but for a phone you can carry around in your pocket, it definitely passes for something you're not going to be ashamed of.

On the software side, you've got the latest version of android (4.1 aka Jelly Bean). Jelly bean is awesome! I could ramble on for days about its features, but the short and sweet of it is that it's the most advanced operating system out. Runs really smooth, has Google Now (which is kinda like Siri but better), and is the most configurable OS I've ever played with.

Besides the screen, my favorite thing is that the phone is built WELL! There are other similar sized phones that feel a little plasticy and not as sturdy. It's also super light, super thin, and it just looks super sleek.

So am I fan of this phone. You bet! Do I wish I had one... definitely.  :-P  Not gonna lie, I'm a little jealous. Good luck to everyone that enters!
