I would by the Elsa Peretti "Diamonds by the Yard" ring in sterling silver. My right hand ring was tragically lost on the night before my wedding just over a year ago. (It was not my fault.) I mourn the loss of that ring and haven't yet had the ability to purchase something meaningful enough to replace it.
Or I would buy the Diamond cut flared vase. Family heirloom, anyone??????

I love Tiffany's, my gal and I were drooling over the pretties they have in their Brisbane store, poor Monkey wanted to buy me a ring and the lady behind the counter told her one day when she grows up and gets a good job she can do that. They were nice enough to give her a gift bag with perfume samples though! I can't say I own anything but the perfume samples though :(
