As Of Late

Not going to lie, this whole wedding planning thing is really not fun shenanigans. Someone get me a bottle glass of wine pronto please. Kidding kidding. Okay not really.

Giuliana Rancic is going to be at the UTC Mall in San Diego on Saturday night. Naturally I think she's fabulous and I will be there trying to convince her we should be besties. =P Giuliana will be there to help celebrate the beginning of fall and raise money for breast cancer research. You can read more about the event here.

Well Hobby Lobby you have pissed off a whole lot of people

Remember how I said I was going to work out  every single day in October at Armone's Core Connection. This week I've taken pilates, circuit training, boxing, spin and I'm still going strong. Actually I'm not just going strong, I'm feeling stronger.... and I love that. ;)

Speaking of working out, Godiva chocolate clams are my current favorite sweet treat. Yuuummm. Wait how did chocolate relate to working out everyday??? It totally makes sense, work out hard and eat more chocolate.

Did you know the first night of Hanukkah falls on Thanksgiving this year? So cool right? Okay I think it's cool and I'm already thinking of the ridiculously good food we will eat that night. Apparently a writer at Buzzfeed has already thought about the amazingness that will occur that night too. ;)

Real talk here: Facials really freak me out. I'm just not into people looking at my face that closely. But you know, I'm getting older (aahhh!) and all that sun-worshipping I've done over the years is suddenly starting to show on my skin. Well, at least I think it is. Anyway, I purchased an online deal a few weeks ago for a facial at Jezebel Skin Care in Mission Hills. I had my appointment yesterday, after a really stressful few days at work, and I left the appointment feeling so so good. My skin really, really feels lighter and smoother. If you're in SD and are looking for a good esthetician, get in touch with Nicole.  (For the record, Nicole does not know about my blog and I didn't tell her I'd mention her on here. Either way, she really was wonderful)

Happy Weekend Friends :)

I had my first facial ever while on our honeymoon in Jamaica. Wasn't aware of the blackhead removal procedure and let's just say that I bawled my face off in agony. Never. Again. ha!

AMEN. Wedding planning is not always sunshine and rainbows. It's usually not. Hahaha I can't wait until it's over... can I say that outloud? haha

Oh, I did not know that Hanukkah falls on Thanksgiving week this year. That is exciting news, since we have two baby nephews to spoil with presents this year. Their dad is from Israel, and I am excited because it means that I get to celebrate all of the Jewish holidays with them too!

I've backed out of two facials because I didn't want someone seeing my face that up close and with no make up! I mean really totally agree!

So bummed I'm not in San Diego tonight for the Giuliana Rancic gig. She's kinda my hero with the whole infertility connection and all.
