30 Days

Purple tank - Nike Free Runs - Manduka Yoga Mat - Boxing Gloves - Nike Leggings - Pilates Socks - Nike Capris - Jacket

It all started with a 30 Day Workout Challenge in October at Armone's Core Connection.
30 straight days of pilates, boxing, circuit training, spinning, yoga, and running.
I lost weight, I toned up, and man I have so much more energy.

Now I've caught a serious case of the workout bug.
I'm still working out every single day and it feels oh so good.
Even if my friends make fun of me because I refuse to come to brunch until after my 9:30am spin class. Hey a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

Oh and that yoga mat pictured above? I've had that mat for 6 years. It's been through hot yoga, picnics, Bikram yoga, beach boot camp, pilates, beach yoga, and so many other things. If you're looking for a great yoga mat I highly recommend Manduka mats.

good for you girl! i've been working out lots too and feel so much stronger. its crazy what our bodies can do
